Reiki Level 1 Certification: Saturday, September 19, 2026

If you’re interested in beginning your self-healing journey using energy work or biofield therapies, then Reiki Level 1 is for you!

In this class you will learn the history of Reiki and how this form of energy work was developed by its founder, Mikao Usui. You will learn the 5 Reiki principles and short meditations to practice. Most importantly, you will learn how to get in touch with your own energy and what that feels like.

I teach Reiki 1 and 2 separately because they serve different functions.
Reiki 1 teaches you how to become familiar with your own energy, and this process should not be rushed. I stayed with Reiki level 1 for over a year and immediately developed a daily meditation practice when I was attuned to my first symbol. My students are attuned to their first symbol in Reiki level 1.

Reiki level 2 will be offered to students who have practiced level 1 for at least 30 days. Be honest with yourself about when you are ready for this. Reiki level 2 will teach you how to stay grounded while working on others. This is important to know how to do in order to provide a safe space for those we are working on. Students at this level will receive attunements to two additional symbols.

Reiki level 3 is for those who wish to practice and/or teach professionally. These students will be prepared for a professional practice and will be given their final attunements for this level.

All Classes are 9am-6pm and will be held in Chester, CT.
